Adobe finally expands AI options for creators
Adobe has announced a significant expansion of its generative AI capabilities by integrating third-party creative AI models into its ecosystem. While Adobe Firefly remains a core offering, creators will now have the option to use non-Adobe generative AI models as part of their process.
The initial selection includes the following models:
Black Forest Labs (Flux 1.1 Pro)
Fal (upscaler)
Google Cloud (Veo 2, Imagen 3)
Runway (Runway Frames).
These models will be available within Project Concept and Adobe Express in the coming weeks. Adobe plans to expand this selection further over time.
Gemini keeps getting better
Google is shipping lately and the current batch of updates shines up the Gemini app. It has two major upgrades:
Deep Research in Gemini is now available to free users too, allowing it to answer complex questions and use multiple apps like Search, YouTube and Notes in a single go.
Gemini has a new mode called Personalization. It asks you to connect your Google search history with Gemini and uses it when you’re asking Gemini questions.
New Hunyuan model is capable of generating 3D assets
3D is coming fast to AI Video. Hunyuan has announced the development of a new model designed to generate high-resolution, textured 3D assets. It already outperforms previous state-of-the-art models—both open-source and proprietary—in geometry detail, condition alignment, and texture quality.
